The Frequency Center Wellness Program

The Frequency Center Wellness Program provides access to holistic healing for those who may not have the financial means. Our goal is to support and uplift underserved members of our community by offering care, connection, and healing opportunities.

1. Please answer the application form below thoroughly and accurately.

2. If applying for couples coaching, only one application is needed.

3. Criteria for funding: Must live in Tennessee or be a student in Tennessee and demonstrate financial need for services.

4. Support Offered: Acupuncture: 6 sessions (60 minutes each) to be used within 3 months. Massage: 6 sessions (60 minutes each) to be used within 6 months.
